The Woodlands, TX (May 30, 2017) - Woodforest National Bank announced that it has been awarded the highest 5-star superior rating for a 5th consecutive year by BauerFinancial, Inc., the nation’s leading independent bank and credit union rating and research firm. Bauer released its most recent ratings based on December 31, 2016 financial data using certain criteria to determine the rating including but not limited to capital ratio, profitability, asset quality, risk management, regulatory supervisory agreement, the community reinvestment rating (CRA) and liquidity.
