Woodforest National Bank Welcomes Dean & Draper Montgomery County to its Downtown Conroe Branch Building

CONROE, Texas (August 22, 2023) - Woodforest National Bank^® (Woodforest) has recently leased the third floor of its new bank building in downtown Conroe to Dean & Draper Montgomery County.

Located at 400 West Davis, the insurance agency now occupies 10,720 square feet of office space of Woodforest’s building, encompassing the third floor of the three-story, Class-A, 32,800-square-foot mixed-use business center and bank branch, which opened in May of 2022.

Dean & Draper, which acquired Soules Insurance Agency in 2013, moved from its previous location at 701 San Jacinto St., where it officed for the last fifty years.

“The legacy of Soules has been to serve our community and take care of people,” said Warner Phelps, Director of Marketing for Dean & Draper. “While the previous location is near and dear to our hearts, after 50 years there, we were looking for an upgrade to true Class A office space. We wanted our new location to represent who we strive to be professionally while positively reflecting the carriers we represent. In our location search and internal discussions, we knew we wanted to stay in Conroe. The new Woodforest building made a lot of sense as a centrally located, prominently visible office located conveniently to multiple major Conroe thoroughfares.
